On the plastic front a decal saying IN CASE OF FIRE “Strike on vertical lines”. The extinguishers have to be tagged annually by licensed professionals. I also have an alarm on some of my extinguishers that when it is removed from the boxed housing, a 80 db alarm sounds. This prevents multiple units from being stolen. I also place extinguishers in the garage areas and basement. I also give each tenant their own extinguisher mounted in their laundry room or kitchen.
