Each sheet of plexi is wrapped on one side only with a blue film. The film is peeling away at edges or corners of some panels and has stringy edges on some. Panels are not pristine when it comes to scratches, they have been stored improperly at some point and dust seems to have slipped into the stack of panels and in between the un-wrapped sides. There is now dust/debris and small scratches or pitting to the unwrapped sides. Some panels have rougher edges than others.
